WE OFFER OURSELVES TO GOD
PRAYER OF HEALING
Forgiving One, at times, we stockpile and hoard more than we need, in finances, possessions and popularity.
Help us find pleasure in unseen blessings.
Create in us, O Lord, hearts thirsting for The Word, souls hungering for the Body of Christ, and hands ready to do hard work.
Keep us from want and fill our spirit with yours.
Teach us in the silent places where we leave our material possessions to hear your words and offer to you times we stumble while walking with you.
(Silent Prayers)

STEWARDSHIP SECONDS
How we spend our money reflects our priorities. It is not only voting with our wallet; where we place our treasure reflects our spiritual priorities too.
ACTIVITY MORNINGS
It's hard to believe we have already completed 3 weeks of Activity mornings! Where has the time gone? Over the past 3 weeks we have enjoyed the company of 50 children! That is awesome! YAY GOD!!! The upcoming week is prep week for our Summer Students as they plan for another couple of weeks of Activity mornings and an exciting SUPER HERO themed Vacation Bible School at the end of August. Thank you to the folks who stepped up to read story and scripture for VBS!
Now we are on the hunt for BOXES. If you have some good boxes that could be useful to build a Box City, we are taking the donations. We'd really love some BIG boxes. ALL boxes can be brought to the Church and we will store them in the Playschool space! Thanks everyone! Of course, we are still taking registrations for ACTIVITY mornings and VBS!

GETTING TO KNOW OUR SUMMER STUDENTS BETTER...
This week's question... How do you define Happiness?
Kathleen - It's a feeling of being content where you are and seeing there is no reason to change what you are doing
Ashley - Things and people who put a smile on my face
Brenden – When reality is higher than your expectations
Jonathan - When you are relaxed and have no worries. A feeling of freedom and relief. Getting to enjoy life.

This week’s Core Value
Your job … find out the answer.
The answer will be revealed in next week’s bulletin.
HOW DID YOU DO? Last week’s answer was community.
As beloved children of God, all are included in the life and ministry of the Grace Family where diversity is celebrated. We remember, as we celebrate God’s presence in Worship, that Grace United Church gathers on Treaty 6 land, the traditional territory of the Plains, Wood Cree, and Assiniboine peoples. As Treaty people, we seek to live with respect on this land and live in peace and friendship with all our relations.
