Grace United Church Fund Raising Committee will be hosting “A Jazzy Christmas” by Jazz on the Border December 7th in the hall.  This will be a plated dinner of your choice of 3 dishes prepared by Chef Marcin Paszkowski.  Your choice of entree must be selected at the time of purchasing tickets.  Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with dinner and music starting at 7:00 p.m.  The tickets are $60.00 per person or $480.00 for a table of 8.  Tickets are available at the church office or call Karen 306-825-2976.

Choice 1: Alberta Beef Strip of beef from local butcher served with roasted potato, honey glazed carrots, French beans, sugar snaps & gravy.  Served pink.

Choice 2:  Confit Duck  Duck leg cooked in French style served with cauliflower puree, beetroots, green kale & red wine sauce.

Choice 3:  Pork Loin  Herb-infused pork loin served with baby potatoes, parsnips, caramelized apples, braised cabbage & gravy.
