The Time & Talent Fundraiser Auction Committee, consisting of Candy Gerber, Deb Hines, Kim Holmedal, Barb Holt, Carol Simpson & Deb Lundquist, are busy planning this event for Wednesday, October 25th. It will be held in our Church Hall this time, so we will do our best to make the evening run smoothly. With a different venue, it is like starting all over.
Tickets go on sale on Sept. 1st, for $25 each (cash or cheque), and will be available at Church on Sundays, from Caroline in the Church office, or from Kim Holmedal 780-872-6739. We are selling 250 tickets, which is considerably less than previous years, so be sure to get your tickets early.
For the fourth consecutive Time & Talent event, we have Event Sponsors who will be covering the meal and the table rental, no venue coverage needed this year. Starting on Sunday, Sept 17th, if you have an auction item(s) to donate, you can bring it/them to Church and we’ll do up the paperwork. We are accepting donations of new, homemade, handmade, antique items and time/talent. Rumor has it that Charlie Churchmouse is an auction item again. Tax receipts will be issued for items valued at $30 or more.
