Fair Booth News

There are still shifts to be filled, especially on Saturday. Remember no previous experience is required. You don’t have to come to Church to work at the Fair Booth so tell all of your friends and family. All help is welcome!

You’re Invited

 ... to become involved with the Grace United Church Fair Booth. 

There are great opportunities awaiting you.

1.     For starters, the Fair Booth Committee would love to have more members.  If you want to be involved with a committee that does not have a lot of meetings, this is the committee for you.  Our next meeting is May 31 at 7:00 in the Church Lounge. Call Debbie for more information 780-871-4821.

Next there will Pie and Cleaning Bees.

2.     The Pie Bees will be in our new Kitchen Thursday, June 9/16 -  2 sessions -  9:00am and/or 1:00pm and Wednesday, June 15/16 - 2 sessions - 9:00am and/or 1:00pm. Please phone Marilyn for more information or to volunteer 780-808-4245.

3.     Signup sheets for the Cleaning Bees will be circulated once the dates are set.

4.     The Colonial Days Fair will be held July 13 – 16 and over 200 shifts will need to be filled. Sign-up sheets will be at Church on Sundays starting the beginning of June. If you prefer to do a specific job or know the day(s) you are available, call Joy Collinge at 306-825-7757.
